Wrestling season starts November 12th, and all three coaches are stoked for what will happen.

This is Senior Logan Swank’s second year as team captain, this year he’s captaining alongside seniors Kordell Fields and Mason Barrans.

“…I think that with my experience from last year, I will be better equipped to lead the team with other captains, hopefully helping to develop a stronger program for the future,” Swank said.

All three captains predicted great things for this year’s upcoming season.

“I anticipate our team as a whole is going to have a much better season than last year because now we have enough people to fill out a full line up this year and we are much more experienced,” Fields said.

The coaches hope to use their experiences from past years and apply it now to have a successful season.

“I learned that I’m going to keep making mistakes, but I can choose to fail and let my mistakes define me or get back up and try again,” Barrans said.
